Description

You will build and maintain data visualization tools and automated reporting processes to drive business insights.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PowerBI reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards throughout the application life cycle.
• Write SQL queries to analyze and validate data warehouse information.
• Perform data profiling to identify anomalies within insurance policy, billing, commissions, claims, and B2B partner data.
• Design, develop, and integrate applications and web-based content management solutions using SharePoint.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical design documentation and user manuals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or BI development.
• Proficiency in PowerBI for dashboard and report creation.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and warehouse analysis.
• Experience with SharePoint Online, including lists, libraries, content types, and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps and SharePoint workflow development.
• Ability to evaluate business processes and implement technology-driven improvements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, MS Project).

Preferred Skills

• Experience documenting technical designs and user training materials.
• Ability to present data findings through heat-maps, trendlines, and location-based visualizations to cross-functional teams.
