Description

You will lead reporting projects and manage a small team of two developers to deliver data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of reporting solutions by gathering, documenting, and approving business requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Own the end-to-end data process, including identifying, cleaning, preprocessing, and organizing data to ensure quality and structure.
• Manage and mentor two team members while prioritizing multiple projects to meet deadlines.
• Integrate new software and programs into existing data workflows.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in analytical positions.
• Extensive experience with Power BI.
• Proficiency in modern dashboarding tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Strong expertise in data modeling and creating datasets.
• 1-2 years of leadership or team management experience.
• Ability to collect and organize data in a structured, usable manner.
• Familiarity with data collection software and protocols.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience driving departments to make data-driven decisions.
