Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and operational excellence.
• Develop and maintain applications that support operations using advanced technologies and frameworks.
• Analyze business requirements and create detailed technical specifications for software solutions.
• Write clean, efficient code and perform comprehensive testing to ensure quality deliverables.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions in production environments.
• Participate in code reviews and resolve complex technical issues to maintain code quality.
• Support other developers through mentoring and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Work on diverse projects spanning web applications, data analytics, automation, and enterprise systems integration.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet established deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements in a dynamic environment.

Experience Required: Advanced Degree with no prior experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of software development experience with demonstrated success delivering complex solutions.

Education: Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related field
