Description

You will design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards to support business decision-making.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Create and maintain data models, data marts, and data warehouses.
• Write complex SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
• Develop interactive reports and visualizations using BI tools.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with SQL and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Hands-on experience with BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, or Looker.
• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts, including Star and Snowflake Schemas.
• Experience with ETL tools and data integration processes.
• Ability to gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Python, R, or Big Data technologies like Apache Spark.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
