Description

Design and implement end-to-end business intelligence solutions, focusing on analytical dashboards, reporting, and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Develop Tableau analytical dashboards, workbooks, and KPIs using complex formulas, calculations, and Level of Detail expressions.
• Build and publish interactive reports using Tableau Desktop and Server, including data refresh scheduling and server security administration.
• Create Cognos content, including Framework Manager models, Query Packages, Report Studio reports, and cubes using Transformer.
• Perform detailed data analysis to determine the structure, content, and quality of data from source systems.
• Write technical specifications for BI tools and optimize report performance across multi-environment setups.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence development.
• Expertise in Tableau, including dashboarding, extracts, and server management.
• Advanced experience with Cognos, specifically Framework Manager Models and Report Studio.
• Strong SQL writing skills for Oracle and SQL Server.
• Proficiency in data modeling and building DW-BI solutions.
• Knowledge of ETL and Snowflake concepts.
• Experience querying and optimizing massive datasets for workbook performance.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and visual analytics.
• BS in Computer Science or a related degree, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TOAD.
