Description

Design, develop, and support BI solutions, dashboards, and reports for stakeholders in Cincinnati, OH (remote eligible). You will own the full lifecycle from analysis to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports through analysis, testing, and deployment stages.
• Collaborate with business analysts and users to define and clarify reporting requirements.
• Perform impact analysis and validate existing production reports and universes following database or application upgrades.
• Troubleshoot dashboard issues by identifying root causes and implementing fixes.
• Analyze reporting database schemas to identify joins and tables, and conduct data analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence development.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Power BI UX design.
• Strong knowledge of DAX for data modeling and calculations.
• Intermediate SQL skills for query writing and data manipulation.
• Understanding of ETL processes and SSIS.
• Experience with Data Analytics.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Alteryx.
• Proficiency in Tableau or SSRS.
