Description

Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and curated tables to support BI reports, dashboards, and self-service analytics.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and iterate on ETL jobs and data models to drive analytics solutions.
• Act as the subject matter expert on Epic Clarity and Caboodle data structures.
• Identify root causes of data quality issues, implement fixes, and design preventative audits.
• Provide production support including problem analysis, break/fix, design, and testing.
• Manage and configure SFTP jobs and ensure data integrity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a BI Developer.
• Extensive experience with Epic Clarity and Caboodle data warehouse.
• Proven experience working with healthcare data, specifically Epic EMR.
• Expertise in MS SQL Server, including querying and optimizing large datasets.
• Extensive experience in ETL development using SSIS.
• Experience with reporting tools such as SSRS, Tableau, or MSBI.
• Availability to work EST business hours and participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule.
