Architect, design, and lead the development of advanced operational dashboards and mission views within the MAVEN Smart System ecosystem, acting as the primary technical authority for DISA J 3/5/7 MAVEN deployments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex enterprise-level Joint Staff and DISA mission requirements into efficient technical workflows, data models, and intuitive visualizations in MAVEN/Foundry.
• Design and oversee the integration of multi-source intelligence data, mapping complex structures (APIs, SQL, JSON) to power front-end MAVEN visualizations.
• Integrate data from analytics platforms, sensor feeds, and machine learning outputs into operational workflows to enhance real-time mission decision-making.
• Provide senior technical leadership in an agile development team, participating in architectural reviews, sprint planning, and technical interchange meetings.
• Architect integration strategies to ensure MAVEN-derived insights are seamlessly incorporated into broader enterprise collaboration portals (e.g., SharePoint, ServiceNow, Jira).

Required Skills

• Extensive hands-on experience architecting interactive dashboards and geospatial analytics using GUI-based platforms (Palantir MAVEN/Foundry, Kibana, Splunk, or Tableau).
• Expertise in mapping complex data structures using SQL, XML, and JSON, and leveraging REST/SOAP APIs to configure data objects for visualizations.
• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with 12-15 years of relevant experience, OR a Master’s degree with 10-13 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience supporting agile software development environments.
• Experience developing and maintaining enterprise-level knowledge management portals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise with senior military and civilian stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience supporting DISA J 3/5/7 operations, Joint Staff Command Centers, or equivalent high-echelon DOW environments.
• Relevant certifications in GUI-based data analytics (e.g., Splunk Core Certified, Tableau Certified, or Palantir Foundry/Maven bootcamps).
• Certifications in Knowledge Management (e.g., ITIL v4, KMI) or Agile Methodologies (e.g., SAFe Agilist).
