Description

You will design and implement scalable BI systems and data models to support long-term business needs in Jacksonville, FL.

Responsibilities

• Design star and snowflake schemas for BI platforms.
• Implement ETL processes to load BI data models.
• Lead Agile teams using Scrum and Kanban to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with business operations to elicit requirements and with architects to integrate BI into application platforms.
• Establish BI design standards, monitoring tools, and production support procedures including triage and communication plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence.
• Proficiency in data modeling using star and snowflake schemas.
• Experience with MongoDB and Graph data.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake.
• Proven ability to design ETL processes.
• Experience in product evaluation and selection.
• Ability to lead Agile teams.
• Any Graduate degree.

• Experience coaching junior developers to support technical growth.
