Description

You will design and implement scalable BI systems and data models to support business operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ETL processes and data models using star and snowflake schemas.
• Lead Agile teams through Scrum and Kanban to ensure on-time delivery of BI solutions.
• Elicit requirements from business operations and collaborate with architects to integrate BI into application platforms.
• Establish BI design standards, monitoring tools, and production support procedures including triage and communication plans.
• Coach junior developers and manage product evaluation and selection processes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence development.
• Proficiency with Tableau and MicroStrategy.
• Advanced MS SQL Server skills.
• Experience with data modeling for BI platforms.
• Proven ability to lead Agile teams.
• Experience in product evaluation and selection.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MongoDB.
• Experience with Graph data.
