Lead Business Intelligence development and technical strategy for complex data environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Tableau-driven dashboards and advanced analytics solutions.
• Implement data and report-level access controls, entitlements, and coding standards.
• Manipulate and blend high-volume, high-dimensionality data from diverse sources to forecast trends.
• Conduct feasibility studies, technical risk assessments, and component breakdowns for new projects.
• Provide technical guidance to team members to enhance technical capabilities and productivity.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence development.
• 6+ years of experience designing and maintaining Tableau dashboards.
• Deep knowledge of Tableau Server architecture and administration.
• Experience with Tableau Prep, Hyper APIs, and storyboards.
• 2-3 years of experience analyzing complex, high-volume datasets.
• Strong understanding of formal database architecture and design.
• Proficiency in Data Analytics and Data Visualization.
• Ability to apply business rules and data validations to reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Qlik.
• Knowledge of DAX.
