Description

You will design and implement scalable BI systems and data models to support long-term business intelligence needs.

Responsibilities

• Design data models using star and snowflake schemas optimized for BI platforms.
• Implement ETL processes to load data into BI models.
• Lead Agile teams using Scrum and Kanban to ensure on-time delivery of BI solutions.
• Elicit requirements from business operations and collaborate with architects to integrate BI into application platforms.
• Establish BI design standards, monitoring tools, and production support procedures including triage and communication plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in BI development.
• Expertise in Data Modeling, specifically Star and Snowflake schemas.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing ETL processes.
• Proficiency in MongoDB and Graph data structures.
• Experience leading teams within Agile, Scrum, or Kanban frameworks.
• Ability to conduct product evaluation and selection.
• Experience defining BI design and development standards.
• Any Graduate degree.
