Lead and mature the BI function by establishing enterprise-grade reporting standards across the bank.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish and scale Power BI reporting processes to ensure data consistency and reliability.
• Define BI best practices and go beyond standard dashboard development.
• Conduct peer reviews of reporting assets and documentation.
• Create reusable assets, including templates and datasets, to empower business users.
• Provide training support to help teams leverage BI effectively.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence roles.
• Expertise with Power BI.
• Proven experience working within the financial services industry.
• Ability to implement and maintain enterprise-grade reporting standards.
• Experience creating reusable datasets and documentation.
• Background in conducting peer reviews and technical training.
• Any Graduate degree.
