Description

You will design and develop end-to-end Power BI reports, managing data from ingestion through final visualization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and monitor ETL/ELT processes using Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Create and maintain efficient tabular and semantic models to support self-service BI.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing reports and queries for data accuracy and performance.
• Analyze complex datasets to generate clear, actionable business insights for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI, including data modeling and transformations (Power Query).
• 3+ years of experience working with Azure Cloud services (ADF, Synapse, or SQL Database).
• Strong proficiency in SQL and DAX.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric or a strong intent to transition BI workloads to Fabric.
• Solid understanding of star schemas, data normalization, and semantic layer design.
• Familiarity with Azure Synapse Analytics and cloud storage concepts.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking to translate business needs into technical specs.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience with Python.
