Description

Build reports, dashboards, and complex scorecards based on customer specifications while leading development projects and mentoring junior staff.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather functional requirements and design detailed technical specifications from end users.
• Create, document, and support BI solutions using Epic databases and other data stores.
• Perform testing and validation of data to ensure accuracy.
• Build database structures optimized for BI and analytics perspectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in BI development.
• Deep expertise with Epic Clarity Database (back-end database work).
• Strong proficiency in MS SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI.
• Proven ability to navigate the intricacies of Epic healthcare databases.
• Strong data analysis and attention to detail.
• Proof of Flu and Covid vaccinations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building ETL pipelines using SSIS.
