Description

You will own the implementation, maintenance, and continuous operation of enterprise business intelligence and reporting solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain BI systems, including applications, databases, and infrastructure.
• Gather requirements to design and develop new reports or enhance existing ones.
• Supervise, direct, and mentor outsourced vendors, contractors, and consultants.
• Manage BI security and resolve Service Now tickets within defined SLAs.
• Collaborate with production controls for staging and production installs and assist with disaster recovery projects.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of progressive experience in enterprise development, Business Intelligence, and Reporting.
• 3 to 5 years of demonstrated use of PL/SQL and T-SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Business Objects, Crystal Reports, SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS.
• Proven record in the design and implementation of enterprise data architectures.
• Experience with SQL Developer, SSMS, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in writing functional and technical requirements specifications.
• Deep understanding of IT applications, database systems, and business process flows.
• Ability to manage customer relationships and maintain documentation for BI solutions.
• Fluency in English, both oral and written.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Oracle EBS, Maximo, PI, or Clear SCADA.
