You will design and maintain interactive data visualization dashboards and scalable BI solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Looker dashboards and LookML models to enhance data exploration.
• Build high-performance React applications using TypeScript and Tailwind CSS to render large datasets with minimal latency.
• Own the end-to-end development lifecycle from requirements gathering with product management to deployment.
• Implement efficient data fetching strategies and performance optimizations such as virtualization and memoization.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of direct experience in custom BI development and business analytics reporting.
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
• Experience leading small development teams and managing codebases.
• Deep understanding of React performance optimization, including react-window or react-virtualized.
• Expertise in SQL for complex queries and data analysis.
• Experience with charting libraries such as D3.js or amCharts.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform tools including BigQuery, Dataflow, and BI Engine.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with eCommerce, paid media, and CRM data tools.
• Proficiency in React Query or SWR for data fetching optimization.
