Description

You will lead a 10+ member offshore team to deliver business intelligence solutions for 100–1000 users.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the offshore development team.
• Oversee delivery of MicroStrategy solutions including Metadata, Memory Cubes, Scheduling, and Dossier 2020.
• Design and maintain ELT pipelines within AWS and Snowflake.
• Support terabyte-scale data environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in Business Intelligence or Data Engineering.
• Expertise in MicroStrategy (Metadata, Memory Cubes, Scheduling, Dossier 2020).
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake.
• Proficiency with AWS.
• Experience building and managing ELT pipelines.
• Proven track record leading offshore teams of 10+ people.
• Experience with terabyte-scale data volumes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
