Responsibilities

• Lead business intelligence initiatives and set team direction.
• Oversee data reporting and analytical workflows.
• Manage BI project lifecycles from planning to delivery.
• Drive strategic improvements to business intelligence capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence roles.
• Proven experience in a leadership or lead capacity.
• Strong understanding of BI project management.
• Experience managing data reporting systems.
• Ability to define and execute BI strategy.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
