Description

You will define data standards and translate business requirements into conceptual, logical, and physical data models for AWS Redshift.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and reporting needs into dimensional models (Star/Snowflake schemas).
• Design and implement Redshift tables, views, and materialized views for optimal performance and scalability.
• Define data pipeline transformation requirements for data engineering implementation.
• Document conceptual, logical, and physical models for analytical use cases.
• Utilize AWS DataZone for data lineage and governance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data architecture and modeling.
• Strong proficiency in AWS Redshift performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Glue and Step Functions.
• Expertise in Snowflake data modeling.
• Proficiency in AWS services for data engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS DataZone for governance.
