Description

You will own the quality assurance for big data and ETL pipelines, ensuring data integrity and system stability through rigorous testing and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop QA automation frameworks for backend applications and services.
• Execute ETL testing to validate data accuracy across Hadoop and Spark environments.
• Automate testing for backend services, including databases and REST APIs.
• Perform debugging and performance benchmarking within Linux/Unix systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing or data engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Big Data technologies, specifically Hadoop and Spark.
• Proficiency in ETL testing and data validation methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Experience automating REST APIs and server-side applications.
• Working proficiency in Linux/Unix environments and OS concepts.
• Strong understanding of data structures and programming logic.
• Graduate degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Python or Shell scripting.
