Provide advanced business analysis and actionable insights to drive operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Perform statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining to identify business trends.
• Collaborate with internal and external clients to define and document analytical requirements.
• Develop actionable recommendations and best practices for business operations.
• Produce ad hoc data reports and assist in developing systems to capture operational information.
• Guide less experienced business data analysts on technical workflows.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis or related data roles.
• Extensive SQL knowledge with 4+ years of experience.
• 2+ years of experience using Qlik or Tableau.
• Proficiency in Python or R.
• Experience working with AWS Redshift and Athena.
• Knowledge of ETL processes.
• Ability to use MS PowerPoint and Google Presentation for reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
