Description

You will architect and deliver end-to-end Business Intelligence solutions. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern BI architecture across modern analytics platforms.
• Translate business requirements into scalable dashboards, KPIs, and analytical solutions.
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes to ensure data reliability.
• Provide analytical support, including scenario analysis and forecasting.
• Implement data governance and model data for performance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in BI architecture and development.
• Advanced expertise in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong proficiency in DAX and Power Query for semantic modeling.
• Expertise in SQL and developing performant ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with CPG or food manufacturing environments.
• Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise-scale data governance frameworks.
