Description

You will develop and maintain solutions across the Microsoft BI stack.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy SSIS packages for ETL processes, handling extraction, transformation, and loading from SQL Server, Excel, flat files, and APIs.
• Develop and maintain SSRS reports, including tabular, matrix, and parameterized views, configuring subscriptions and managing deployment.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, creating complex DAX measures and optimizing data models using star schema.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional reporting and data integration solutions.
• Tune ETL jobs and reports for performance, ensuring data quality and consistency across integrated systems.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Microsoft BI stack development.
• Strong expertise in Power BI (Desktop & Service).
• Hands-on experience with SSIS and SSRS.
• Advanced knowledge of T-SQL (joins, CTEs, stored procedures, indexing, window functions).
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts (Star Schema, Fact/Dimension modeling).
• Experience with SQL Server database management.
• Familiarity with APIs and Excel data sources.
• Proficiency in performance tuning and query optimization.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Azure Data Factory or Azure SQL.
• Knowledge of DevOps/CI-CD deployment or Agile development.
