Description

You will design and manage end-to-end Tableau reporting solutions to support business decision-making.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize Tableau dashboards and reports based on stakeholder requirements.
• Connect Tableau to diverse data sources including databases, cloud services, and spreadsheets.
• Perform data analysis, validation, and cleansing to maintain reporting accuracy.
• Tune Tableau workbooks for performance and usability while documenting data flows and calculations.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and train end-users on dashboard interpretation.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience as a Tableau Developer or in a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server/Online, and Tableau Prep.
• Strong SQL skills for connecting Tableau to various data sources.
• Experience with database systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, or Snowflake.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance.
• Proficiency with Python or R scripting languages.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Looker.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
