Lead the BI team by bridging business requirements with technical execution, managing delivery, and mentoring developers.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Business Analyst to gather requirements and interact with stakeholders.
• Function as a Technical Lead to resolve developer challenges and guide the team.
• Serve as a Scrum Master by managing Epics, creating user stories, and explaining story points.
• Direct the delivery of analytics projects using BI tools and SQL.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ years working with BI or Analytics tools such as Domo, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Proficiency with Scrum methodology.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Proven experience leading technical teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical user stories.

Preferred Skills

• 1+ years of specific experience with Domo.
• 1+ years of specific experience with Power BI.
