Description

You will lead a team of BI developers and analysts to deliver dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions while managing production support operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor BI developers while overseeing daily production support and incident response.
• Manage and optimize reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and Azure Databricks.
• Handle incident, change, and problem management following ITIL best practices.
• Monitor BI platforms to address performance issues, system downtime, and root cause analysis.
• Maintain technical documentation, including SOPs, and coordinate shift-based activities and handovers.

Required Skills

• 6–8 years of experience in Business Intelligence.
• Minimum 2 years in a Team Lead role managing a BI support or development team.
• Expertise in Power BI, Tableau, and Azure Databricks.
• Hands-on experience with data modelling, DAX, and Power Query.
• Strong understanding of BI production support, including issue triaging.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and experience in ITIL-governed environments.
• Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate or Tableau Desktop Specialist/Certified Professional.
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Azure Data Engineer, or ITIL Foundation Certification.
