You will lead a team of BI developers and analysts to deliver high-quality dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a BI development and support team to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Oversee daily BI production support operations to meet SLAs and incident response metrics.
• Manage incident, change, and problem management following ITIL best practices.
• Optimize reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and Azure Databricks.
• Monitor BI platforms to address performance issues, system downtime, and perform root cause analysis.

Required Skills

• 6–8 years of experience in Business Intelligence.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Team Lead role managing a BI support or development team.
• Expertise in Power BI, Tableau, and Azure Databricks.
• Hands-on experience with DAX, Power Query, and data modelling.
• Strong understanding of BI production support, issue triaging, and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and working in ITIL-governed environments.
• Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
• Tableau Desktop Specialist or Certified Professional.
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Azure Data Engineer, or ITIL Foundation Certification.
