Description

Lead the architecture and implementation of Oracle BI and Data Warehouse solutions for enterprise modules including HR, Financials, SCM, and Procurement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Data Warehouse builds using Dimension Modelling and OBIA.
• Manage full life-cycle BI implementations, including requirement gathering, solution blueprinting, and fit-gap analysis.
• Direct project delivery, onsite-offshore coordination, and client communications.
• Identify technical risks and communicate mitigation plans to stakeholders.
• Respond to RFPs, review technical documentation, and lead oral presentations.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Oracle BI Apps implementations or custom Data Warehouse development.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
• Deep expertise in Oracle BI Applications (OBIA), Oracle BI, BIP, and BIAPPS.
• Strong PL/SQL skills, including debugging complex procedures and performance tuning.
• Proven experience integrating multiple data sources into an Enterprise Data Warehouse.
• Functional understanding of Cloud HCM, Cloud ERP, and PVO analysis.
• Experience managing 6 to 10 full life-cycles of BI implementations.
• Ability to perform business process design and technical troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in OAC, OBIA, OBIEE, or ODI.
