Description

The role

You'll be responsible for:

Designing and developing Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver clear, meaningful insights.

Analysing complex datasets to identify trends, performance drivers and opportunities.

Working directly with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.

Building and maintaining data models, DAX measures and visualisations using Power BI best practice.

Ensuring data accuracy through validation, cleansing, reconciliation and strong data-quality controls.

Automating recurring reporting and continuously improving existing dashboards and analytical solutions.

Presenting findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What we're looking for

You'll bring strong hands-on experience in:

Power BI, including data modelling, DAX and dashboard development.

SQL for querying, transforming and preparing data.

Data analysis and translating complex datasets into clear business insight.

Stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering.

Data quality, validation and reconciliation.

Communicating analytical findings clearly to a range of audiences.

Nice to have

Experience with Databricks, Salesforce reporting, Python, Azure/AWS, ETL technologies or data modelling would be highly beneficial
