Description

Manage and maintain Big Data and Hadoop environments to ensure performance and stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor systems and perform root cause analysis to resolve technical issues.
• Develop scripts and code to automate processes and improve workflows.
• Manage certificate upgrades and maintain documentation for configuration and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to meet software requirements and performance goals.
• Assist with testing, training, and operational preparation for platform systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Big Data administration.
• Hands-on experience with Hadoop and Big Data ecosystems.
• Proficiency with GCP platform.
• Experience with infrastructure, platform systems, and IT operations.
• Experience using ServiceNow for ticket management.
• Experience with Dynatrace for monitoring and alerting.
• Experience setting up and executing CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to handle frequent, incremental code testing and deployment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the healthcare domain.
