Description

Design and lead the delivery of complex big data projects within the Life Science domain, owning end-to-end technical execution.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery teams across multiple geographies, including onsite and offshore members.
• Engage with customer architects and business stakeholders to translate pain points into technical solutions.
• Conduct feasibility studies to recommend optimal tools and technologies for customer use cases.
• Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 16+ years of total professional experience.
• 12+ years of relevant technical and domain experience.
• Deep expertise in Big Data, Python, SQL, and PySpark.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and Databricks.
• Proven track record as a technical architect and delivery lead.
• Strong domain knowledge in Life Sciences.
• Experience managing and mentoring large, distributed teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
