Description

Design and implement data architectures for large-scale processing and analytics. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define architectural principles, patterns, guidelines, and standards for enterprise data systems.
• Oversee deployment of hardware, software, security, messaging, workflow, and scalability components.
• Collaborate with project teams to assess enterprise implications of architectural designs.
• Resolve conflicts between application teams and business units regarding infrastructure and data processes.
• Act as a specialized knowledge resource for infrastructure and data processes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in an Architecture role.
• Expertise in big data frameworks: Hadoop, Spark, Databricks.
• Proficiency with Azure cloud platforms and associated data services.
• Strong experience with SQL Server and data integration.
• Competency in Unix scripting, Java, and Oracle.
• Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare data contexts.
• Experience bridging current and future architecture states.
