You will design and develop data-driven analysis using statistical and advanced analytics methodologies to solve business problems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end client engagements, managing stakeholders and tracking project success metrics.
• Architect and design reporting solutions based on specific client requirements.
• Perform risk analysis and failure analysis to ensure efficient project execution.
• Support sales teams with RFP responses and technical pitches.
• Conduct training sessions to contribute to firm growth.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in data analytics projects.
• Proficiency in SQL-based platforms for data restructuring and cleansing, including deep knowledge of joins and functions.
• Advanced machine learning knowledge including GBM, random forest, and neural networks.
• Experience with Python and NumPy.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow and Keras.
• Modeling experience in at least two of: linear regression, logistic regression, cluster analysis, PCA/Factor analysis, or decision trees.
• Experience working with large, multiple datasets and data warehouses.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables and related functions.
• Ability to derive insights and create presentations for client teams.

Preferred Skills

• PySpark, Hive, and PowerBI experience.
• Expertise in Tableau, including developing complex dashboards and defining optimized backend data structures.
• Background in finance, banking, or economics.
