Description

Lead the design and implementation of scalable analytics architecture using Big Data and Hadoop technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable analytics architecture aligned with organizational principles.
• Build and tune Spark pipelines using Python, Java, or Scala.
• Write complex Hive queries to extract business-critical insights.
• Apply Hadoop distribution best practices to core data processes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a lead developer in Big Data and Hadoop environments.
• Proficiency in Spark, Scala, and Hive technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Java, and Scala for pipeline development.
• Strong understanding of Hadoop distributions and core big data concepts.
• Deep knowledge of Data Lake versus Data Warehousing architectures.
• Ability to drive technical decisions across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
