Description

You will design, build, and operate large-scale enterprise big data platforms and streaming use cases.

Responsibilities

• Design and build enterprise-grade data streaming use cases using Kafka, Spark Streaming, Storm, or Flink.
• Develop and operate large-scale big data platforms and business intelligence delivery systems.
• Perform analysis using large data sets to drive specific business outcomes.
• Collaborate within a mature, self-organized agile team to articulate supported use cases and resulting outcomes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a big data engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, Spark Streaming, Storm, or Flink.
• Proficiency in PySpark, Spark, Python, Scala, Hive, Pig, and MapReduce.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience working in cloud environments such as AWS or GCP.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
