Description

You will design, develop, and test large-scale distributed software systems using Java, Scala, and Big Data technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom distributed software systems using Java, Scala, and Big Data frameworks.
• Collaborate with team members to establish best practices and identify optimal technical solutions.
• Review code and provide feedback to improve performance and adherence to standards.
• Contribute to technological strategy, including design, architecture, and interface definition.
• Provide guidance and coaching to associate software developers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency with Spark, Hive, and Hadoop.
• Experience with Scala and Java.
• Knowledge of Python and Scoop.
• Experience with GCP (Google Cloud Platform).
• Working knowledge of Angular.
• Experience with Informatica or similar data replication products.
• Understanding of heterogeneous data replication techniques.
• Ability to perform system tuning, balancing, and automation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within SDLC and Agile methodologies.
