Description

Own the design, development, validation, and support of big data systems to meet client architectural requirements and ensure high-quality service delivery.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate detailed client requirements into system specifications and project estimations.
• Design and build efficient big data programs and systems using AWS and Snowflake.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and system design to support continuous integration and deployment.
• Ensure adherence to organizational guidelines, processes, and continual knowledge management.
• Collaborate with Technology Leads and Project Managers to deliver high-level technology services.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in big data engineering.
• Strong proficiency in PySpark and Apache Spark.
• Hands-on experience with Scala and Python.
• Demonstrated expertise with AWS services, specifically Amazon EKS and S3.
• Practical knowledge of Snowflake for data engineering tasks.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and system design principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Fund Transfer or AML (Anti-Money Laundering) technologies.
