Description

You will design and implement data pipelines to integrate information from disparate systems and databases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write SQL, Python, and PySpark scripts to pull data via API calls and clean/format data for BI systems.
• Convert functional requirements into technical tasks and effort estimates.
• Analyze and solve technical issues during project delivery and mitigate risks with global teams.
• Produce requirement artifacts such as functional specifications, use cases, and data flows.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT Business or Data Analyst experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Big Data, including Hadoop and Hive.
• 5+ years of experience writing complex SQL statements and performing analytics.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience within the Hadoop ecosystem.
• Senior-level knowledge of Java, Apache Spark, Kafka, Hive, Impala, and Elastic Search.
• Experience with Spring Boot and Microservices-based architecture.
• Proficiency in SCMs like GIT and tools like JIRA.
• Expertise in high-volume data processing (real-time and batch) and performance optimization.
• Strong systems analysis, design, architecture, and Unit Testing fundamentals.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cloud technologies.
