Description

You will design and develop data platform applications using Azure cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design system architecture and technical solutions by gathering requirements from business and functional leads.
• Develop data applications using Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks.
• Perform high and low-level design, implement prototypes, and conduct code reviews.
• Execute unit and integration testing while monitoring and optimizing application performance.
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, and deployment coordination through to UAT signoff.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency with Azure Databricks and Azure Data Factory.
• Strong command of Apache Spark and Python.
• Experience with Unix and PowerShell scripting.
• Working knowledge of Azure SQL DB, Oracle DB, and Teradata.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, or Engineering; or a Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years of progressive experience.
