Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data pipelines using Python or Java.
• Process large datasets using Apache Spark or Hadoop.
• Design scalable and efficient data solutions.
• Optimize data processing performance and ensure data quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong programming experience in Python or Java.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Spark and Hadoop.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Deep understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• 5+ years of professional experience in big data engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Kafka or real-time data streaming.
• Basic understanding of data modeling.
