Description

You will build and maintain large-scale data processing applications and microservices for a data-driven platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy scalable data pipelines using Spark and Hive.
• Develop microservices using Core Java and the Spring framework.
• Implement real-time data streaming solutions with Kafka.
• Integrate REST/Web services and manage data within Oracle databases.
• Write unit tests using JUnit to ensure code quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Core Java.
• Experience with Spark using Java.
• Knowledge of Hive.
• Spring Boot and Spring framework.
• Kafka or similar middleware (Tibco EMS, WebSphere MQ).
• Microservices architecture.
• Oracle database management.
• REST/Web services and Angular.

Preferred Skills

• HBase.
• Spark Streaming.
