Description

You will build and maintain scalable data processing applications and real-time streaming pipelines.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable data processing applications using Spark and Scala.
• Implement data ingestion and processing pipelines using Kafka.
• Optimize existing data processing workflows for performance and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within data processing applications.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to deliver solutions based on data requirements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering roles.
• Strong programming experience with Scala.
• Expertise in Apache Spark for distributed data processing.
• Working knowledge of Kafka for real-time data streaming.
• Familiarity with Big Data ecosystems and tools.
• Proven ability to optimize and troubleshoot complex data pipelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
