You will design, develop, and maintain scalable big data architectures and systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Implement data processing pipelines using Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
• Optimize data storage and retrieval processes for performance and reliability.
• Perform data modeling, mining, and production processes to support business requirements.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security across all data systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to deliver technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in big data engineering.
• Proficiency with Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
• Experience with distributed computing frameworks and parallel processing.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for application deployment.
• Strong expertise in data structures and algorithms for big data processing.
• Proficiency using Git for collaborative development.
• Experience with real-time data processing and stream analytics.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD tools, and machine learning techniques.
• Experience managing big data projects and leading technical teams.
