Description

You will build and maintain data systems for high-volume transactional environments. You own the development, debugging, and optimization of complex data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software solutions using Java in enterprise settings.
• Debug and solve complex analytical problems within data pipelines.
• Manage and query relational databases using SQL and JDBC.
• Implement data processing logic using core programming constructs and data structures.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional software development experience as a Java developer.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and JDBC.
• Experience with relational databases, specifically Oracle and PostgreSQL.
• Deep understanding of the Java programming language and computer fundamentals.
• Proven experience working in high-volume transactional environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of software development experience as a Python developer.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MapR DB, HBase, or Cassandra.
• Familiarity with Big Data frameworks including Hadoop (MapR), Spark, Yarn, Kafka, Flink, or ELK.
