Description

You will lead the Big Data Engineering team, translating client requirements into technical architecture and owning the Big Data platform lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement an integrated Big Data platform and analytics solution.
• Build data collectors to transport data to the Big Data Platform.
• Implement monitoring solutions to track the health of the Big Data infrastructure.
• Provide high-level analysis and support long-term IT strategy and planning.
• Mentor, support, and train team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of programming experience in Python, Java, and Scala.
• Hands-on experience with Hadoop and Cloudera Distribution 7.x.
• Strong experience with REST API development using Python frameworks like Django or Flask.
• Experience with microservices and web service development using the Spring framework.
• Proficiency with Dask, NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-Learn.
• Experience working with RDBMS.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to provide professional reports and technical presentations.
