Description

You will build and manage large-scale data integration systems using the Hadoop ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize Spark and Spark Streaming jobs for real-time and batch processing.
• Design and implement data integration workflows within distributed environments.
• Write, debug, and troubleshoot complex code across the Big Data stack.
• Analyze datasets to identify optimal technical solutions for data processing challenges.
• Collaborate with geographically distributed teams to deliver technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Big Data engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on expertise with Hadoop, Spark, Scala, MapReduce, and Hive.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle, PL/SQL, and Unix environments.
• Proven ability in coding, debugging, and analytical problem-solving.
• Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent engineering field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Hadoop clusters.
• Advanced Scala programming skills.
