Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery by engaging directly with customer architects and business stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor distributed teams across multiple geographies, including onsite and offshore members.
• Conduct feasibility studies to recommend optimal tools and technologies for specific customer use cases.
• Translate business pain points into technical solutions that add measurable value.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total professional experience.
• 12+ years of relevant technical and domain experience in Big Data.
• Deep expertise in BigData, Python, SQL, and PySpark.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Services and Databricks.
• Proven track record as an onsite delivery lead and technical architect.
• Extensive experience in the Life Science domain.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large teams across different geographic locations.
• Any Graduate degree.
