Description

You will lead the management of large-scale datasets and design data processing jobs to transform data into usable formats.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Big Data software products, including data models and visualizations.
• Develop data processing jobs to transform data while ensuring security and industry compliance.
• Assess customer needs through structured requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Manage project priorities and advise on technical options, risks, and costs.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver solutions within tight timescales.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in designing and developing enterprise application solutions for distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with the Hadoop ecosystem, including HDFS and cluster management.
• Proficiency with Sqoop, Hive, Pig, and Flume.
• Experience with MapReduce, HBase, and Talend.
• Working knowledge of NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Apache Spark or other streaming Big Data processing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java or other Big Data technologies.
