Description

Lead big data projects and application development using Java and Spark.

You will own the release pipeline and build API-based integration solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop applications using Java 8+, Spark, and microservices or REST APIs.
• Execute bulk data load and unload operations on databases and warehouses.
• Build API-based integration solutions with third-party cloud and on-premise applications.
• Manage user authentication and authorization across systems using OAuth, NTLM, or SAML.
• Implement unit testing and manage source code through CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 9-14 years of total professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in Scala, Java (8+), and Spark.
• Hands-on experience with Big Data technologies and bulk data operations.
• Working knowledge of J2EE frameworks including Spring Boot, JPA, and Hibernate.
• Experience with AWS services: S3, Glue, Athena, EMR, Lambda, RDS, AppFlow, Kendra, and QuickSight.
• Proficiency with Git, SVN, Jenkins, GitLab, or AWS CI/CD services.
• Experience with unit testing using JUnit or TestNG.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional).
• Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or CouchDB.
